I run Guestly Homes, a corporate housing operator in northern Sweden. Everything published on this site comes from work we actually do: taking booking requests, signing company leases and housing people for weeks at a time.
Guestly Homes operates furnished, hotel-standard apartments in Luleå, Piteå, Boden and — from 1 November 2026 — Skellefteå, where we open 17 new-build homes at Karlavagnen. Our guests are placed by professional bookers: travel managers, project coordinators and HR or mobility leads.
Before this I spent three decades in guest service, which is where the standards come from: a home should be ready when the guest lands, the invoice should be readable, and there should be one accountable person to call when something breaks at 22:00.
I write the guides on this site because most corporate housing content is written by people who have never handed over a key. If something here is wrong, or your case does not fit the pattern I describe, write to me and I will say so plainly.
